Workshops prepare students for the industry and academia by encouraging students to develop transferrable soft skills, such as teamwork, communication (of information), critical thinking, and problem formulation and solving, among others (see more in the Tuning Document). The workshops provided in the toolkit are developed in a modular way, to enable to mix and match them with each other, and other tools in the toolkit. The workshops consist of briefs, facilitator guides, hand-outs, and presentations that can be customised.
