Goal:

• Map the current state of skills and knowledge in fashion-tech.

• Document approaches and obstacles to cross-disciplinary collaboration.

• Identify requirements for supporting fashion-tech curriculum developments.
Goal:

• Engage teachers from the partner universities that will deliver the intensive study programmes.

• Test and refine the methods and approaches to teaching and learning of fashion-
tech, based on the Teacher’s Toolkit.
Goal:

• Test the designed curriculum’s pedagogy and teachers’ toolkit in real settings.

• Engage learners in an intensive transnational, multicultural and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Prototype and evaluate the quality of possible outputs as fashion-tech artefacts.
Goal:

• Introduce participants to real world challenges experienced by fashion-tech businesses.

• Introduce interaction design prototyping methods and physical computing technologies.
Goal:

• Test the training resources developed by the project.

• Engage students in an explorative way of learning.

• Pilot the community platform in an educational experience to test its functions.
During the duration of the project, five learning, teaching and training programmes were held in the form of transnational, cross-disciplinary and collaborative workshops. The workshops aimed to test the resources developed by the project, more specifically the Tuning Document, Teacher's Toolkit and Learning Units.

The workshops were not only the key activities to interact and gain feedback/learn from the learners participating in the project, but also aimed to ensure that the courses developed are relevant and transferable to different fields of fashion-tech, different institutions and different regions, ensuring the project results are truly adjustable and sustainable.

During the pilot workshops, the monitoring process aimed to assess the overall quality and success of each delivered training program. Central to this process it was the use of evaluation forms and questionnaires that the participants completed before and/or after each workshop. The methods were designed to provide accurate feedback and assessment relating to the depth and quality of the material delivered, the relevance of the subject matter, and the teaching practices employed throughout the intensive teaching and learning period.

A critical analysis of the held workshops can be found in the "Education4Fashion-Tech: Design and Technology for Future Fashion Creatives" report, along with the results also presented below in line with suggested resources to be used by those interested in implementing similar events for teaching and learning fashion-tech in higher education.
